A complete plating kit will provide everything you need to successfully plate your items. The kits contain the chemical in crystal form to mix to make the required electrolyte. The brighteners are also supplied for each chemical. Anodes are supplied for each type of plating, be it nickel, zinc, or copper. A thermometer is supplied in the nickel kit. Pipes are supplied which are used as hanging bars for the jobs. Stainless wire is supplied to hang anodes in the bath and copper wire to hang the plating work at mid depth in the plating electrolyte contained in the bath.

A bench top transformer is included to supply adjustable current up to 15 AMPS, which can be altered to suit the size of the items to be plated. A bridge wire is included to bridge hanging pipes together. A comprehensive book is included in the kits complete with instructions and tips.

It is most important to read the book before you start on your plating.
